- Orders are packed in increments of six meals.
- You can multiply your order using the Quantity selector to get 12, 18, 24, etc. of the same meals, OR choose six different recipes and Add to Cart again
- No subscription required—order whenever you like

- Free shipping on orders of $85 or more
- Small Box Shipping: $5.99 fee on orders under $85
- Shipped via UPS Ground on dry ice
- Expected delivery: 3 business days. The estimated delivery date will be provided in your cart.
- Meals arrive flash-frozen—freeze immediately upon arrival

Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order to modify selections or cancel. After that, changes may not be possible.

- Ordering - Our build your meal plan delivery boxes are packed in increments of 6 meals. Thus, you choose the 6 meals you would like from the options above.
You can multiply your meal plan using the "Quantity" selector (to get 6, 12, 18...of those same meals)

Click "Add to Cart" and start another box with different meals.
If you order a meal not offered in your area, we will substitute it with another meal you selected. - Delivery - Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground on dry ice. We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within one business day, and it's delivered 2-3 business days later. Learn more about Shipping.
- Heating - You will receive individually-portioned meals that can be heated in the microwave, stove or oven to give you a quick and convenient healthy meal. Find out more about cooking options.
