To expedite your resolution, please provide as much of the following detail as possible in your first email:
Email which you used to place the order. Many people have multiple emails and we can't find your order without the email you used to place the order.
Order number. This can be found in any email communication from our site.
Pictures. If there was something wrong with your shipment or meals, please include photos in your initial email if possible.
Meal Details. If you have an issue with meals, please list the meals and number of meals affected by your issue
