Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground on dry ice. We ship your order as soon as possible, usually within one business day, and it's delivered 2-3 business days later. Find out more about Shipping.

Yes. You will receive individually-portioned, cooked meals that can be heated in the microwave, stove or oven to give you a quick and convenient healthy meal. Find out more about Cooking options

There are 30 individually-packaged meals in a build a box. You will receive five individually wrapped entrees of each six recipes you choose. If 30 meals is too many, please choose our Build Your Meal Plan for smaller orders.

You can select the meals that you are receiving. You are unable to modify recipes.

You'll receive a delivery date at checkout, typically 2-3 business days from ordering date.

Yes. You can access our digital marketing materials folder. If you have a request for printed materials, please email us.

Wholesalers with a purchase history can be evaluated quarterly for further bulk discounts.

We Cook and Deliver

All our meals are cooked every week in our kitchens in North Carolina, Missouri, and Utah. We then deep freeze the meals to lock in the nutritional value. All meals are delivered for free within 3 business days of ordering.

Heat and Eat

The meals come in microwave-safe containers ready to heat and eat within 3 minutes. The meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months or in the fridge for up to a week.

No Subscriptions Ever

We don't offer any subscription-based services. If you enjoyed your meals, come back and order at anytime.

Top Five Clean Eatz Questions Answered

No. We don't like being locked into subscriptions so we don't make our customers do it. You can browse our menu, see our pricing and build a meal plan without giving us any of your information. When you're ready to checkout, its a one-time purchase. If you enjoy your meals, you can come back at any time and order again. Our menu changes monthly so there are always new options available.

Our meals last 12 months in the freezer. We produce, seal, and deep freeze the meals at our kitchens. They are then delivered to you on dry ice. Kept frozen, they last six months. Kept fresh, they will last a few days. 

Yes. Clean Eatz Kitchen delivers meals everywhere in the continental United States. All orders are shipped same-week via UPS and arrive at your door 2-3 days after you place an order.
