No dishes and healthy meals make life so much easier. I intermittent fast, so I eat 2 meals for dinner. 90% of the time the meals are great, but the other 10% are boring, so I recommend keeping your favorite sauces stocked in the fridge incase you need to add some extra flavor. I’ve been ordering the bulk boxes for 3 months now and have lost 30 pounds while maintaining muscle mass. First time I’ve had abs 👏�

Very much so, my sister is really enjoying the meals. She particularly loves the fact she is ably to prepare them herself. The pre packaging gives her a sense of independence.
